The Old North Inn is perfectly located for exploring the magnificent scenery of the highlands, Inverness and the true scottish hospitality that complements it.

* The hotel uses the best of local produce, highland meats and fish, the best haggis and sausages from the famous Cockburn’s of Dingwall, Mackie’s ice creams, vegetables sometimes so local they actually grow in the field next to the Inn. It is unashamedly Scottish and seeks to provide very tasty traditional dishes which will tempt your taste buds and satisfy the heartiest appetites.

* There is a well-established public bar at the Inn and this is not a ‘locals only bar’. Certainly there are many local, regular customers but they love to meet new people and are delighted extend a warm welcome. Many new friendships have been formed in the informal surroundings over a glass or two of beer or perhaps something stronger.
